Job Description
We are seeking a Business Solutions Specialist to translate business requirements into effective CRM and ERP solutions. The role involves process analysis, solution design and implementation, leading stakeholder workshops, managing requirements, coordinating with sales, IT and product teams, tracking KPIs, and delivering user training to ensure successful deployments.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in business analysis or systems implementation.
- Skills: strong problem-solving, proficiency with Excel, familiarity with SQL, CRM experience, and excellent communication.
- Certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
