Position: Internal Audit Specialist

Job Description:
- Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to the Audit Head
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes based on audit outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Perform audit-related investigations as directed by the Manager
- Develop strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the audit function
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Graduate of Accounting-related course (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1 year of auditing experience preferred
- CIA certification is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of inventory control and monitoring is an advantage
