Job Description
BO’S COFFEE, a renowned coffee chain in the region, is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all aspects of the store’s operations. This includes managing day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service, training and supervising staff, inventory management, and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the overall operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train a team of baristas to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for coffee and a good understanding of coffee brewing techniques.
