Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in your responses.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and spoken Tagalog and English
