Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Bar Manager at Uhaw Bar & Lounge. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our bar, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere for our patrons.
Key responsibilities include managing the bar staff, including bartenders, barbacks, and servers, and ensuring that they are properly trained and following all safety and sanitation guidelines. You will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory, creating innovative and exciting drink menus, and implementing cost-saving measures.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of mixology, and a passion for delivering a memorable customer experience. Additionally, excellent organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a flexible schedule are a must.
