Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with day-to-day HR duties
- Maintain accurate employee records while adhering to all legal and regulatory standards
- Respond to concerns from workers on HR policies, benefits, and processes
- Assist in recruitment by promoting job opportunities, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with the onboarding process: prepare new recruit paperwork, conduct orientation, and ensuring compliance to company policies and procedures
- Prepare reports for HR when needed
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HR functions
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- At least 1 year work experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
