Job Description

As a Workforce Real Time Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal staffing levels and operational efficiency in our organization. You will be responsible for monitoring real-time data, analyzing trends, and making proactive adjustments to staffing schedules to meet service level goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor real-time contact center metrics and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to anticipate future staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to make on-the-spot adjustments to schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to scheduling and provide real-time guidance to team members.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in workforce management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in workforce management systems and scheduling software.
