Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team in the Order to Cash department. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate cash application, and resolving customer queries related to the order and payment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Verify customer information, pricing, and product availability
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Apply cash payments to customer accounts
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in order management or accounts receivable is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry
