Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department. They will manage a team of workers and ensure that manufacturing processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring production schedules, coordinating with other departments, and implementing quality control measures.
As a Production Supervisor, key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and training production staff
- Developing and implementing production plans
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize workflow
- Maintaining production records and preparing reports
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, strong leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
