Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct data mining to identify potential customers, particularly wine distributors in Asia, including China.

2. Research the size and activities of identified distributors, specifically checking if they carry Austrian wines.

3. Compile contact details of potential clients and initiate communication via a designed email template.

4. Follow up with emails to secure business opportunities

5. Handle paperwork, including filing invoices Excel cloud-based

6. Provide administrative support and assist in day-to-day tasks as directed by the owner.

Qualifications:

1. Organized and detail-oriented.

2. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data mining techniques.

4. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and search engines like Google.

5. Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

6. Previous experience in data mining and online client research (minimum 5 years).

Work Details:

1. Hours: 44 hours per week.
