Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager to join our dynamic team as a Payroll Operations associate. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations, including payroll processing, tax management, and compliance.
- Review and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
- Generate payroll reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
