Job Description

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent service and support to customers. They are the main point of contact for any queries or issues customers may have and act as a liaison between the company and the customers.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving problems via telephone, email, or chat.
  • Providing accurate information about products or services to customers.
  • Handling customer complaints or escalations and ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assisting customers with account setup, billing, and general account inquiries.
  • Processing customer orders, changes, and returns.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures in providing customer service.
