Job Description
Rimini Italia Corporation is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance of team to operations, VM, and brand standards.
- Prepare detailed sales report analysis based on retail KPI’s.
- Analyze best-selling products, sell thru reports, and other merchandise-related concerns.
- Safeguard store inventory and report damages/losses.
- Undertake store administration duties such as manpower roster, managing store budgets, and updating financial records.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
