Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. As an IT Helpdesk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees to ensure smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
- Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory
- Collaborating with external vendors for maintenance and repair
- Assisting with IT projects and system upgrades
To qualify for this position, you should have a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, along with proven experience in IT support. Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential for this role.
