Job Description
– Providing technical assistance, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring that end-users have a smooth and productive IT experience within the organization
– College degree related to Information Technology
– Open for Fresh Graduates
– A strong understanding of computer systems, networks & communication, hardware, and software is essential.
– Ability to analyze computer issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
– Troubleshooting skills and logical thinking are vital for this role.
