Job Description
Main Functions:
The role of Sales Admin Collection involves managing and coordinating the collection of payments from customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow, reducing outstanding receivables, and ensuring that the organization can meet its financial obligations. Enable to book Sales and Executive flights and hotel reservations. Can create a Sales Agreement based on the deliverables from Sales.
Qualification:
- College Graduate in Office Administration or any related course.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
- Must be customer-oriented.
- Can work under pressure and willing to report to the Executive for ongoing Accounts Receivables.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php21,00.00 per month
