Job Description

Aspire – Makati is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating products, services, and processes, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related problems, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding common customer issues to help improve products and services.
  • Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and stay informed about updates or changes.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance goals and metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php37,00.00 per month
