Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Territory Development Leader and manage trade relationships, implementing plans & programs, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) achievement.
- Achieve area target outlet coverage, off-take by SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), numeric & weighted distribution by SKU, call efficiency (strike rate), outlet drop size, OOS (Out of stock) control, and excellent merchandising.
- Support marketing activities by distributing advertising materials.
- Ensure accuracy in stock control and inventory management.
- Assist in loading and unloading company cargo or stocks.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from High School or any vocational courses.
- At least two years of field sales and driving experience in a multinational FMCG company.
- Passionate about achieving individual/team objectives and the desire and ability to learn.
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
- Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Codes 1,2,3 or A, B, C.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
