Job Description
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team at Clean Zone PH. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders accurately
- Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
- Remain cool-tempered and handle rejection confidently
- Possess outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints effectively
- Have a strong sales and customer service background
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 16,00.00 – Php 17,00.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (Required)
