Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the operations in receiving scrap metals and transferring them from Davao to Calaca is done as indicated in process documentations or as agreed with the management team.
- Ensures safety and quality of scrap metals delivered.
- Responsible in monitoring and maintaining appropriate / safe stock level of key items such as fuel, supplies, and other operational consumables.
- Ensures the preparation, checking, consolidation, and submission of work-related reports.
- Responsible in coaching and mentoring the personnel in the site. Report to head office any incidents.
- Applies FIFO using PDA to ensure proper management or movement of inventory.
- Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate or any 4-year related course.
- 4-5 years supervisory related experience.
- With Steel Manufacturing background is a plus.
