Job Description
- Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Compare competition’s products to the company’s offerings.
- Data collection and product analytics.
- Develop and implement a product strategy.
- Develop specialized training on new products.
- Create the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to improve existing product strategy or identify new opportunities for innovation.
