Job Description
Good day,
Philippine GeoAnalytics Inc is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Executive Assistant.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Willingness to start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
- Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Organizing Zoom meetings
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems
- Accountable for the In and Out freebies
- Preparing all documents for signatory
- Multitasking skills
- Provide administrative support
