Job Description
Reporting directly to the HRD & Admin Supervisor, the HRD Assistant for Recruitment, Training & Employee Relations is responsible for the timely hiring of qualified personnel for existing vacancies; assisting in the implementation of training plans for Club employees and assisting in dealing with all employee relations activities.
Recruitment and Selection
- Sources applicants from job placement offices, schools, and other potential sites; posts job vacancy notices or ads.
- Administers pre-employment examinations; conducts initial screening.
- Maintains files of applicants.
- Collates pre-employment requirements of newly hired employees.
- Coordinates pre-employment medical exam of newly hired employees.
- Conducts initial orientation of successful applicants.
- Coordinates IDs, bank account details, government ID details of newly hired employees.
- Monitors and coordinates with the department head, the performance appraisal rating of newly hired employees on the 3rd and 5th-month probationary period.
Training and Development
- Assists the HRD & Admin Supervisor in:
- Reservation of training venues, coordination of food for participants.
- Preparation of training hand-outs, including certificates.
- Coordination of schedules with participants.
Employee Relations
- Assists the HRD & Admin Supervisor in organizing employee-related activities and events such as Christmas Party, Summer Outing, Employee Tournament, etc.
- Documents all disciplinary action memos.
- Assists the HRD & Admin Supervisor & the HRD & Admin Manager in grievance-handling.
- Assists in CBA negotiation preparations and studies.
- Conducts employee counseling as necessary.
