Job Description
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 4-year course.
With at least 1-year relevant work experience gained from a manufacturing company.
Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
Amenable working from Monday to Saturday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm.
Job description:
- Provide assistance in the recruitment and conduct orientation for new hires.
- Handle employee concerns and inquiries.
- Monitor and collect performance evaluations of employees.
- Ensure compliance with the company policies, handbook, and code of conduct.
- Handle disciplinary cases, if any.
- Provide general support to interface departments.
- Manage production activities/concerns/issues.
- Monitor daily activities of operators.
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,860.00 – Php17,00.00 per month
