Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring employees
- Keeps 201 files of employees and FM and Specialist doctors
- Prepares memos for employees
- Counseling of employees
- Responsible for the preparation of Team Building and Christmas Party annually
- Prepares timekeeping and payroll every month
- Responsible for Government Remittances of employees every month
- Updates all monitoring in HR Facets
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Psychology
- With relevant experience
- 1 Full-Time position available
- Literate in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work overtime, take courses, and perform other duties when required
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills in English and Tagalog
- Mature disposition able to inspire trust and confidence, able to perform in-depth job interviews
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
