Job Description
Davao Reach Global Distributors Corp, a distributor of fast-moving consumer goods such as Johnson and Johnson products, is currently seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team in Davao City.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing, and motivating the sales team to achieve overall corporate sales objectives.
- Identify appropriate business targets and generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer issues, resolution, and escalate any escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
- Supervise Sales Representatives.
Requirements:
- College graduate.
- Excellent communication skills using effective oral and written communication at all levels.
- Ability to develop and implement outstanding sales strategies.
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience with large companies, preferably in a similar environment.
- Highly analytical, driven, flexible, and has strong leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Must possess a professional driver’s license.
