Job Description

  • Provide support and assist with all Estates and Transfer matters.
  • Preparing estate and transfer documents and files to be sent to clients for signing.
  • Liaising with clients, including beneficiaries/ executors/ administrators on the phone and/or emails to explain the estate transfer process and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure investment records are promptly and accurately updated upon the completion of estate and transfer cases.
  • Following up and resolving outstanding issues with clients, internal teams, and/or external estate counsel.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Knowledge of proper telephone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
  • Data entry experience required
  • Detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and respectful
  • Experience with handling Estate cases is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php42,00.00 per month
