Job Description
A Real Estate Management/Agent looks after the recruitment, training, and development aspects of broker operations. S/he attends buyer-seller meetings and prepares and circulates contract/deal documents as well.
A Real Estate Management/Agent is also expected to search for new clients through various sources. As such, one has to be able to communicate with real estate practitioners to advertise about the properties and projects in different media.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists with the preparation of logistics for project briefing, training, and site orientation to newly accredited brokers and their agents
- Provides after-sales services.
- Updates sellers/brokers inventory, price list, ongoing promos, assists their inquiries and concerns.
- Provides the brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such as handouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digital materials for the successful promotion of the project.
- Conduct Product Knowledge to Sales Agents Internal and External.
- Maintains an accurate and active database of Broker organizations and updates them on the promos or marketing activities of the company.
- Assists brokers and sellers through project knowledge, site orientation, tripping’s, and closing of sales.
- Generates leads and maintains a high-quality database of potential clients and brokers. This involves researching potential leads and organizing meetings and attending broker partner meetings.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Real Estate Management or Business related courses.
- Background in Brokerage is an advantage.
- Good in oral and written communication, Detail oriented, pleasing personality.
- Preferably licensed Real Estate Broker.
