Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Infrastructure Administration and Development Manager to join our team. As the Infrastructure Administration and Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementing, and maintaining our organization’s infrastructure systems. This includes managing the administration and development of our network, servers, databases, and other IT infrastructure components.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing infrastructure strategies and standards to ensure the efficiency and security of our systems.
- Managing infrastructure projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Supervising and supporting the infrastructure team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies, software, and hardware upgrades to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
- Monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive measures to maintain system stability.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
