Job Description
As a Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our warehouse and ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods. Your main duties will include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and optimizing warehouse processes.
You will be in charge of leading a team, ensuring they are adequately trained and motivated to meet targets. It will be your responsibility to maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement procedures to minimize errors and losses.
In addition, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and handle any issues that may arise, such as shipping delays or order discrepancies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment, complying with all safety regulations.
