Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and support
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and accounting principles
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and collaborate with auditors
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
