Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative tasks as well as other related functions/projects that may be assigned by Management;
- Point person for all Encoding Supplier invoices;
- Prints and issues payment slip for barcode request of our local supplier;
- Assists the Assistant Merchandise Planning & Control Manager in checking replenishment, especially when he/she is not available;
- Encodes incoming shipments from the US;
- Encodes and receives titles that are not in the list or are excess from the shipment;
- Encodes and receives some books from the GM & buyers as sample copies;
- Encodes and receives Diamond comics;
- Checks and posts prices for incoming shipments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course;
- At least 1 year of experience;
- Good communication skills;
- Technical knowledge and inventory control skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php19,00.00 per month
Schedule:
