Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Testing & Commissioning Lead to join our team. As the Testing & Commissioning Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all testing and commissioning activities for our projects.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing testing strategies, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth execution of testing plans, and providing technical support and guidance to the testing team.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for projects
- Coordinate and monitor testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Provide technical expertise and support to the testing team
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the testing process
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of testing plans
- Prepare and present progress reports to management
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in testing and commissioning, with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning
- Proven track record of successfully leading testing teams
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
