Job Description
Responsible in monitoring and processing all transactions pertaining to Disbursement and Accounts Payables.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related course
- One (1) year experience in Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems and Government Rulings/BIR Tax Regulations
- Knowledgeable in General Accounting principle
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Receives billing and invoices.
- Check, verify and analyze document and property record assets and expenses.
- Prepares check vouchers and submit to the accounting manager for checking.
- Submits vouchers to Treasury Department for check preparation and release to payees/suppliers. Process cash advances, reimbursements and PCF replenishments.
- Prepares BIR Form 2307.
- Attends to all vendor inquiries and files check vouchers property.
- Monitors Cash Advances and processed check vouchers returned by Treasury Department.
- Prepares billing to Affiliates for various share on expenses paid by BUAI.
- Relieves the cashier during lunch break, and assumes the responsibility of cashiering during leave or compressed work schedules.
- Attends relevant training and development programs.
Job Type: Fresh graduate
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Flextime
