Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for vendor maintenance on QuickBooks, ensuring compliance with data standards.
• Assists with the research, testing, and implementation of updates to QuickBooks software.
• Ensures purchase orders, receipts, and invoices are matched.
• Reviews and approves purchasing and accounts payable transactions for posting to QuickBooks.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with standard practices.
• Recommends changes to purchasing and other financial policies and practices.
• Responsible for managing year-end cut-off processes for accounts payable.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timely processing of weekly check printing.
• Responsible for checking stock inventory and safekeeping of the same.
• Liaises with the budget officer to solve day-to-day budget issues.
• Provides reports as required by the finance management team.
• Other general accounting duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php10,219.73 – Php15,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Ability to Commute:

• Samal, Davao del Norte (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
