Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure best in class customer service experience for the Guest
- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform customers serving to Guests.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
- Guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times
- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Administer change to tables if needed.
Requirements
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
- Must have clear written and verbal communication skills
- Can speak and understand basic English language
- Must be physically fit
- Must be positive and willing to be trained
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
