Job Description
Aeon Towers, a leading real estate developer based in [location], is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing & Collection Assistant. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing and collection processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and collections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer payments
Requirements:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in billing or collections is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
