Job Description
A Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling products or services on behalf of Gratitude Inc. They are the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. The main duty of a Sales Representative is to meet or exceed sales targets by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential customers and reaching out to them to present the company’s products or services
- Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns
- Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure customer satisfaction
