Job Description
We are looking for a super-smart, finance assistant to support our fast growth trajectory.
About Us
We are a fast-growing Hospitality Specialism Group. We only work in the hospitality sector but are involved in multiple areas such as consulting, food services, wholesale food trading, training, marketing, and offshore support teams for hospitality tech companies.
About the Role
The role will assist the management team in managing our accounting systems ensuring timely invoicing, payments and reconciliations as well as providing monthly accounting reports.
The role requires the following skills and experiences that are preferable:
- Previous experience as a finance assistant or similar
- A good understanding of Profit and Loss processes including Invoicing, Bills Payable, Cash Flow etc.
- Previous experience using Xero is an advantage but not essential
- Experience of BIR and Tax Authority submissions is also an advantage but not essential
