Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We currently have multiple accounts available, including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers over the phone or through written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues during the first call/contact whenever possible, without transferring the call.
- Match customers’ demands to our clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share specific information with internal and external clients, as well as colleagues.
