Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- With at least 2 years experience as Central Registration/ Admitting Clerk or similar role.
With Customer Service Training Certificate
- With pleasing personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with management, staff and patients.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Tact and understanding in dealing with patients in a sometimes stressful situation, initiative, good judgment, pleasant manner, physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
