Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests through our partner agencies
- Contact and allocate the right Support Worker for a particular request
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the rostering process
- Handle bookings or scheduling of requests from agencies
- Coordinate with the Recruitment Team about hiring needs
- Work with other team members about unallocated rosters
- Communicate directly with case managers
- Maintain and upkeep of booking system
- Handle after-hours requests
Job Requirements:
- With BPO or customer service experience
- Knowledgeable in using the computer, social media and other remote work applications
- Confident in dealing with people from other cultural backgrounds
- Has a warm and friendly personality and can work well with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and adaptable to changes
- Highly-organized and keen on details
- Willing to work on a rotating schedule, on weekends and on early morning or late afternoon shifts
- Stable internet connection, at least 5mbps
- With own working laptop or desktop
- With own headset
Benefits:

Salary: Php200.00 – Php300.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
