Job Description
One Point Contact Inc. is currently seeking an ATM Technician to join our team. As an ATM Technician, you will be responsible for the corrective and preventive maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and any related activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repairing and replacing devices and parts
- Installing and upgrading software
- Troubleshooting and providing root cause analysis
- Performing preventive maintenance
- Training and guiding bank staff for First Line Maintenance
- Maintaining the Service Level Agreement defined in the Customer’s Contract
- Handling customer complaints professionally
- Coordinating with supervisors for any concerns/issues
Qualifications:
- College graduate or at least 2nd-year college level
- Graduate of a Computer Related Course
- Willing to undergo a 2-month training in the Head Office – Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
- Available to start as soon as possible
