Job Description
As an OSS Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the operations support systems (OSS) in our organization. You will lead a team of OSS professionals and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the OSS infrastructure.
Your main duties include managing the network monitoring and fault management systems, ensuring the availability and performance of OSS applications, and providing technical support to internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for analyzing trends, identifying system vulnerabilities, and implementing corrective measures.
To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of telecommunications networks and OSS technologies. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of OSS infrastructure.
- Manage network monitoring and fault management systems.
