Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the success of our hiring process.
As an Assistant Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help develop effective recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
- Ensure all hiring processes comply with company policies and legal requirements
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for talent. Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
