Job Description
The Human Resource Associate for Discipline Management, handles administrative cases categorized under Class A & B of the Code of Conduct and other assigned cases committed by rank and file employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology or any behavioral science
- Preferably with at least 1 year work experience as employee relations staff
- Knowledge in Labor laws; analytical skills; written and verbal communication skills; knowledge in computer applications
