Job Description
The Payroll and Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and benefits administration within the company. This includes ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees, maintaining employee records, and managing benefits programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, modifications, and termination.
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting of payroll and benefits expenses.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll and benefits regulations and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits regulations and best practices.
