Job Description
The key responsibilities of a Business Consultant are:
- Organize, facilitate, and support various functional areas by managing communications and providing essential information for tracking and monitoring aspects like people, recruitment, sourcing, budget, issues, and delivery
- Engage stakeholders, drive improvements, and proactively work on continuous enhancements to optimize functional effectiveness.
- Contribute to meeting preparations, budget coordination
- Act as a connecting link across different organizational functions, supporting projects and tasks for the management team
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in international operations and global matrix organization
- Team player and analytical skills
- Consultancy, business management, stakeholder management experience
- Excellent presentation skills & communication skills
- Project management accreditation: Agile, Prince2, PMP
