Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor Facilities to join our team in Davao. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and operate smoothly.
As a Supervisor Facilities, your duties will include supervising a team of facility technicians, coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing budgets for facility-related expenses. You will also be responsible for liaising with contractors and vendors to optimize facility operations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in facility management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining positive relationships with staff and stakeholders.
