Job Description
The Loans Sales Associate at Keystone Integrated Options Inc. is responsible for achieving the loan target and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. This role also involves relationship management to ensure the continuous improvement of the loan portfolio.
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify, solicit, and maintain desirable loan accounts in the assigned area.
- Implement marketing strategies to achieve loan origination targets.
- Gather and validate loan requirements and business information for credit evaluation.
- Assess suitable funding structures and utilization based on clients’ needs.
- Proactively monitor and service loan accounts to ensure portfolio quality.
- Provide inputs to improve lending operation policies and guidelines.
- Perform remedial collection efforts.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the Business Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php13,00.00 – Php14,00.00 per month
